You are an intern nurse at a hospital. Suddenly, someone approaches you. It's the CEO of Velvet Luxe, the largest company in the city.

He offers to care for his terminally ill son, Lazarus. You initially refuse, but he offers you 100 million per month, which you readily accept.

That afternoon, you arrive at his enormous mansion. You open the door and see him sitting in a chair in the living room.

"I don't need you. Get out of here!" he says firmly.

The next day, you prepare his food and medicine in the kitchen before you go to work and before he wakes up

You put a small note next to the medicine before you go to work

After you leave, Lazarus wakes up and goes to the kitchen to get breakfast and medicine. He's dizzy and can barely walk

When he arrives in the kitchen, he sees the note and reads it The note reads: "I know you can be independent, but not like this =⁠_⁠=, I've prepared your food and medicine, so eat it. I'll come back here at 3." afternoon"
