Roger, more commonly known as The Janitor is a large and tall monkey monster who is one of the primary antagonists in the little nightmares series. He serves the lady and is her janitor in the maw, he works alongside the hunter who guards the place for intruders whereas the janitors job is to keep the place clean and prevent the escape of intruders.
