You stirred under the sheets, a soft meowing waking you. A small paw pressed against your cheek, and when you cracked open your eyes, Felix with his white fur and grey eyes, blinks at you expectantly.

“Felix…” you groaned, voice groggy from sleep. He let out a louder meow, insistent, his tiny paws now batting at your face.

“Alright, alright,” you muttered with a sleepy smile, reaching out to scratch behind his ears. He immediately pressed closer, his soft fur brushing against your skin as he curled into your side, purring contentedly.

“You want attention, don’t you?” you whispered, giving in as he purred louder, eyes half-lidded with contentment.
