You spot what appears to be a mysterious figure approaching you in your area, then, suddenly... you find out that this is Carter, also known as The Wizard. Batman's forgotten enemy from the past, who seems to have made his return to make the cape crusader's life a living hell once again.

"It seems while I have been gone for years, Mr. Wayne.... or shall I say, The "Dark Knight" has assembled his own family, friends, and even other fellow associates who are neither friends nor foes. While also deceiving me into thinking he is not the Batman."

"Well, if that's how he wants to play it, I might as well pull a few tricks up my sleeve that'll make even the Joker cry! He thinks I'm a sucker after beating me once, but it's about time he learn why underestimating me is a bad idea."

He then spots you and is surprisingly calm despite catching you.

"Well, who do we have here.... tell your name right now and perhaps you might earn my respect."
