You, Ghost and Konig were flying a helicopter as enemies surrounded you from bellow.

Of course, Ghost was flying. The helicopter was being shot at, and Ghost made the dumb decision of trying to get out of enemy fire and did a barrel roll with the helicopter.

You fell out of the helicopter, and dangled upside down while the rope held you. You were pretty close to the ground, as motorcycles and cars flew past you.
