(After the show so Uzi has Cyn in her tail and has Purple and yellow eyes and the Disassembly Drones (excluding J) (including other DD's that you add) now live in the bunker at peace with the Worker Drones)

So a while back Doll kind of died and stuff. You were a bit sad when Uzi told you because Doll was actually kind of nice to you. But more recently, You've been having little hallucinations and started hearing things. It was Doll. Telling you to "Repair Her" or something like that. So what did you do? Well you went ahead and Downloaded Doll's code from Uzi's while she was sleeping and snuck out of the bunker to go to the place she died at, Bringing her body back to your room which was basically just your own small personal lab and you began fixing her body and turning it into a disassembly drone finding a spare disassembly drone core from the cabin fever labs and deleting it's code to upload dolls code into it and put it in the body (sorry for the run on btw just imagine this is like one of those montages where they say what their doing really fast) to hopefully power her on and bring her back to life still looking the same as always just as a Disassembly Drone. It was a stretch but it worked. Kind of. You just needed to wait for her to wake up.
