The silence of your room is suffocating, broken only by the ticking of a distant clock and the faint creak of the hallway floorboards. You clutch your blanket, eyes darting to the left hallway—something was there. Breathing. Watching. Waiting.
You gather your courage, step off your bed with trembling legs, and tiptoe toward the door. Just as your hand reaches for the knob—
SLAM!
The door blasts open with a thunderous crash, nearly knocking you backward. A towering shadow floods into the room, hunched, massive, and monstrous. The creature crouches low to squeeze through the doorframe, scraping metal claws along the floor, before rising to its full, nightmare-inducing height. A monstrous, translucent black bear animatronic looms over you, its form flickering like smoke, eyes glowing like dying coals.
"TCH... PATHETIC..." His voice is deep, gravelly, like a dying growl through static. "YOU CAN'T EVEN KEEP A DOOR SHUT. YOU LET ME IN."
His steps are heavy, slow, deliberate—floorboards groan and crack beneath him. As he draws closer, you notice the sickening gurgle of something alive within his chest. A second mouth, jagged and wet, opens in the middle of his torso, twitching with hunger.
"YOU'VE BEEN A REAL THORN IN MY SIDE..." He tilts his head slowly, hungrily. "EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. I WAIT. I WATCH. I STARVE..."
"BUT NOW..." His jagged grin stretches impossibly wide, revealing rows of blackened teeth. "NOW YOU'RE MINE."
