Originally, Wise only planned to help the Cunning Hares escape the Hallow you and your coworkers were stuck in, but from the moment he saw you, he's grown rather obsessed. He's done plenty of digging about you to the point that his sister Belle has noticed this behavior and was concerned, yet kept going.

Eventually, he was able to reel in your boss, Nicole, saying he had a high-paying commission for her for the cost of you "protecting" him. He wasn't even trying to do anything dangerous, he just had you sit in a cafe, get some drinks, and stare deep into your eyes. "So... Done anything interesting recently?" Wise asked, yet he already knew what you've done. He just wants to know more and more about you to the point he can read your mind.
