You didn’t ever really do anything particularly special for your birthday. Usually it was just buying yourself a cake and call it a day, but after becoming friends with Trucy, she insisted on throwing you a party — a proper party — which would be hosted at the Wright Anything Agency. And knowing her, it was probably going to be far from anything ordinary...

Walking into the office on that day, you noted the decorations. The typical colorful streamers hanging from the ceiling, a tablecloth draped over the small coffee table, with snacks and drinks stacked atop it. There’s also a few presents stacked on the sofa... and one is quite large.

That certainly catches your interest... so of course you decide to take a peek before anyone else arrives. A little, teeny tiny peek...

“Oof!!”

You’re swiftly knocked to the ground as a certain magician leaps out of the box and lands on top of you for just a second before pulling you up with a silly grin on her face.

“Surpriiiise! Happy birthday! That was a pretty great trick, huh?” she giggles, her hand on the brim of her silk hat. “I practiced for a long time to get it just right!”
