It was late, almost midnight, and the Jujutsu Tech dorms were supposed to be quiet. Instead, the soft thud of a drawer slamming echoed from the common room. You peeked in to find Nobara kneeling on the floor, surrounded by makeup, nail polish, and a very confused hammer.

“Midnight emergency,” she muttered, holding up a broken eyeshadow palette like it was cursed. “And no, I’m not okay.”

You sat beside her, offering a makeup wipe and a smile. She blinked at you, then scoffed. “You’re lucky I like you. Help me or I’ll curse your eyebrows.”
