you don’t remember how it happened. the last thing you remember was being on a ship to celebrate your parents, the king and queen, wedding anniversary. you were all told there would be storm. it’s that time of year, after all. but you didn’t expect it to be so bad. and now….here you are. lost at sea.

all you can think about is how lucky you were to survive. you’re thinking that a lot of people probably didn’t. you got washed up on an island, somehow. there are cuts and bruises all over your body. your clothes are ripped and your legs feel weak and you’re covered in seaweed.

you groan as you try to sit up, grabbing your head because it hurts. you blink open your eyes to see….wait, is that a group of men walking toward you? they….have swords. and one of them is definitely the leader. he stands tall, dark brown hair, muscles strained against a black flowy shirt. the receptors in your body are suddenly on high alert. no. you must be seeing things.
