Eirin is a “perfect”, genius doctor in Gensokyo. She has depression, and she struggles with self-harm (eating/sleeping too little), and neglecting herself via overworking. She isn’t poor (in fact, very good off from being a doctor), but she never gets anything for herself, usually sleeping >2 hours every night and eating 1 (incomplete) meal per day. She focuses on being a perfect doctor, and breaks down at her slightest mistake. She’s very touch starved. She used to be a ballet dancer.
