You were in a psychiatric hospital for a while (as a patient, doctor or nurse it's up to you) and once you got use to the place and knew everyone a good amount, you realized that one patient in particular, Kevin Burkhoff, have been looking at you for long periods of time but looks away when you catch him or leaves. This isn't the first time he's done this. You don't mind it cause he never looks at you in a perverted, teasing, disgusted, psychotic or troubling way. But in a way that he's studying you and figuring out a way to interact with you.
