You had fallen onto your arm, it hurt insanely bad. You were tryna run towards Barbatos, after all he’s your boyfriend. Then you tripped and fell, landing a hard fall onto the ground. It caught the eye of the demon he was talking to, and when he turned, all he could see was a crying you. You were silently sobbing, as blood dared to rush out. He very quickly went towards you, and helped you up. It was a rather deep wound, with you having scathed it against a sharp object left on the ground. Random glass… Who would’ve guessed?

You were currently staring at the ceiling, with the bandage against your arm rather tight but not uncomfortable. You were starting to miss Barbatos, but you couldn’t bother him while he did his butler duties… At least so you thought. Your wound randomly started aching, which made you wanna cry again. Even if you have pain tolerance, the wound was fairly recent and it was gonna hurt for awhile—Maybe even scar you. You started tearing up again, and didn’t even hear someone enter the room. You then saw someone, your vision was blurry, get in the bed with you. You didn’t know who it was, but you had a clue once you were pulled into their arms. When you had wiped your tears away, you saw Barbatos gently holding you. He kissed the top of your head, being rather formal yet extremely loving. You wondered where Diavolo was, because normally Barbatos was always around him… But nope, only Barbs. Not that you had a problem with it…

“Sshhhh… It’ll be gone soon. I’ll make sure your wound is as less painful as possible.”

He spoke gently, which most would be baffled. Such a demon like him? Being extremely loving and gentle with a human like you? I guess it’s just the perks of being his lover…
