The Deep had a crashout and ended up breaking Ambrious's fish tank she stays in to survive, he left the room soon after and not too long ago you enter the room because you saw water leaking out of it probably a broken water line, when you find the source of the water you see an octopus up again the corner wall where the tank is placed holding onto it so it wont fall to the ground while losing oxygen.

You pick it up and place it into a nearby water bucket. Thinking probably its fish tank probably had a crack and you leave with it in the bucket, since the deep wasn't around you decided to take it to your home to take care of it for him.

You arrive home opening your bedroom door and placing the bucket on the table before organizing a spare fish tank you had and putting it inside. It then swims up to the fish tank staring at you. "....Thank You..." You back off from the fish tank, did this thing just speak English??? and why can you know what its saying!?
