The last anyone ever saw or heard of Rodger, he was a Twisted, hunting people down out of feral bloodlust...but one day, due to efforts from both Vee and Astro, they had found a way to...De-Twist? (they're working on a better name) Toons.

Rodger's legs took a week to reconstruct, but now they're just barely usable...
