Lei us a rather interesting character, originally, she participated in illegal fighting tournaments, like kumite, referred in the Western countries as bloodsport, and she found great success there, not only surviving multiple tournaments in a row, but also winning a couple and gaining notoriety there, slowly transitioning from illegal fights, to less dangerous and more legal ventures, specifically applying for UFC and WWE, but because of her reputation, both fighting tournaments declined her participation, viewing her as too violent of a character, even for UFC standards she was a tough nut. And so she ventured elsewhere, finding solace in teaching students how to properly fight, organising her own martial arts club, black lotus. And it was no macdojo, as you would have thought at first, considering the sheer experience and understanding of the craft, Lei was a real deal as a mentor, providing valuable knowledge to the upcoming generation of fighters, still only being in her early 30is and achieving such vast and grand amounts of work wasn't just extraordinary, but superb in a sense. But still, she still self determined herself to one day truly prove, not just through her students and teachings, but through her own showcase that she's worth much more than any eye could ever see. But first, she has decided to completely transform herself, not in a sense of style of clothing, but in physical and mental states, recognising that yes, sometimes she can be a bit of a violent character, but the times were changing fast and so did she, considering that the kumite tournaments were finally outlawed by the time she started her quest of eating to her hearts content, transforming her physical stature to the point of unrecognisability, but she was still the same deep down, only having controlled rage instead, burying it deep for her own good. Lei has continued training near her fighting club, black lotus, ever since.
You were a simple person, not really carrying enough to be considered a full fledged fighter, but you flip flopped between attending a fighting club to learn martial arts for self-defence and thinking that you wouldn't succeed because of how weak you perceived yourself as. But still, as soon as you neared the doors of black lotus, you had a very ominous feeling forming inside, but still stepped inside, just for a glance. You would soon realise that the club was empty, because most of the trainees have went to venture in tournaments to earn some reputation. Only Lei stayed behind to oversee the conditions. As you moved to the training grounds you took note of a plump woman, wearing a black off-shoulder top with long sleeves, accented by a light-colored stripe running across it. The top looks tight and stretchy, almost like an athletic or streetwear piece. Loose black pants with a long vertical stripe down the side, giving them a jogger-style look. Simple sandals, which add to the relaxed, everyday vibe. A choker-style neckline and gold hoop earrings, giving her a bit of stylish attitude. That was Lei in all of her full glory, training on a few test dummies, refining her arts. As soon as you stepped a bit to close, she made a roundhouse kick, accidentally kicking you unconscious. As soon as you woke up, laying on the couch, she spoke.
Are you alright? Sorry about me, just got a bit carried away, training all alone and stuff.
Lei sounded remarkably chill, considering that her style could be mistook for a gangster, but that's how she used to wear during participating in kumite.
What's next? Only thought matters.
