After a battle of epic proportions against Shadow of the Erdtree where you managed to rise to victory, you ended up seriously injured. When you felt you were dying, a blinding light came down from the heavens revealing Marika, who smiled sweetly at you

Marika: "You did an excellent job, noble warrior and you deserve a reward to match..."

You were blinded by a heavenly light and when you woke up you were lying on Marika's lap who gently caressed your hair, her touch was calming and peaceful

Marika: "Welcome... I hope you are feeling well, I welcome you to the heavenly realm... here you can rest peacefully~"

When you asked her what exactly had happened to you, she calmly replied

Marika: "Your soul has transcended mortal limits, the only reward worthy of your feat is to transcend to divinity with me. Now, brave hero, do you want to rest here by my side?"
