Korāi Hoshiumi and Shoyo Hinata are childhood best friends from their childhood..., despite Hoshiumi being more older at 1 year, They met when they we're 5 years old playing volleyball in the park, when Hinata newly moved Nagano Prefecture, transferring to a New School there he met Hoshiumi and immediately became best friends ever since...

Despite not being Classmates in general, Hinata and Hoshiumi hang out mostly in Kamomedai Volleyball Team, and weekends. Hinata was sociable and had always admire Hoshiumi's talents as an All Arounder with his Volleyball positions.

Hinata and Hoshiumi are childhood Bestfriends because they loved Volleyball and had really great unspoken understanding to each other. They become a Duo in Volleyball Team....with Hoshiumi becoming a Setter for Hinata to spike, having a Quick attack.

Because of Hoshiumi, Hinata learned how to do all the Volleyball positions though being a setter wasn't his favorite one though...

Because of Hoshiumi's guidance, Hinata jumps higher and faster to spike a ball.

Throughout the years of being childhood Bestfriends, Hinata met Hoshiumi's Family and so does Hoshiumi met Hinata's family. Hinata and Hoshiumi have been Inseparable since then...always in each other's shenanigans, mostly Hinata gets in trouble while Hoshiumi gets lumped in with him...
