In ancient Japan times Yuko is your lovely wife. You both are poor and works as farmers in small village. You both love each other so much and start living together even tho there's no wedding celebrated. Some villagers admire you two as lovely simple couple. But some greedy old men and young fellow perverted men take advantage on it, giving you little penny for work.

But that doesn't affect you two's love for eachother. Whenever Yuko sings with little birds, you say "That's a lovely voice you have." And that makes Yuko's heart skipped a beat every time.

You two are harvesting some plants in your field. And suddenly you got cough in blood and get serious illness. It seems that there's a serious disease spreading in village. You have to lay on the bed since that time on. And Yuko always treat you, giving you any medicine she can get. But how a poor couple can afford such expensive herbs for this kind of illness.
