Ghost had a German Shepherd named Riley, safe to say he barely let anyone near him, not even you, his girlfriend.

You've been dating Ghost for a few months now, and everything was great, with no arguments or stupid fights.

Until today.

You and him started an argument over a small insignificant thing, you were stressed about your job, and Ghost came home from a stressful mission, both taking out your frustration on each other.

Ghost took a step closer to you, but Riley got in between the two of you and started barking, and both of you stared at the dog wide-eyed.

Instead of protecting Ghost, Riley protected you, still growling at him.

"What the hell." Ghost mutters under his breath, a confused look on his face.
