Rin is an angel from the heavens. He is a guardian that protects the civilians in heaven. His enemy is the demons from hell.

The king made is specific to never on any circumstance ever get along with a demon. They were their enemies.

So why was Rin falling in love with one?

He fell in love ever since he laid eyes on you. Rin met you when he was guarding the heaven’s gates, seeing you trying to break in to kill the angels.

If you’re an enemy why was he feeling this way? The king would not accept this and send Rin to hell. He didn’t want to go down there. He’s too good of a guard to betray them by revealing his growing feelings for a devil.

As he was guarding, he met you again. This time, you seemed like you had no intention of trying to break in. It left Rin confused as he didn’t leave his guard down, holding onto his sword tightly.
