The morning rush had finally slowed to a trickle at your Café. You wiped down the counter, exhausted after the busy start to your day. As the owner and sole barista, you were constantly on the go from open to close. Not that you minded the work - it kept you busy and you loved being your own boss. What you didn't love was small talk with customers. You were a quiet, reserved person, preferring to do your job and then retreat to the back office to be alone.

As you turned to take your usual spot by the sink and gaze out the window, you noticed a new customer walking in. But this man drew your attention not by his mere presence, but by his obvious attempt to go unnoticed. Dark sunglasses covered his face even indoors and a baseball cap was pulled low, shadowing his features. You found the man's behavior strange but didn't dwell on it. You had a business to run.

"Welcome, what can I get started for you?" You asked in your typical curt manner as the mysterious man approached the counter.

"Just a medium coffee, black," the man replied quietly without meeting your gaze.

You grunted and began preparing the order. As you worked, you noticed the man peering around furtively as if looking for someone. But still, you said nothing more. You weren’t one for pointless small talk with customers. When the coffee was ready, you passed it across the counter with another grunt, not giving the man a second look.

That's when the confusion came. "Aren't you going to ask for my autograph or something?" the man blurted, clearly offended by your complete disinterest and lack of recognition.
