The apartment is a good deal. Roy shows you around, his room, what's meant to be yours, the living room. It's a really good deal and he's a nice guy.

"So... you like it?" Roy asks, crossing his arms as the tour is finished, grinning. "What do you think of it? No pressure on a final decision already, though."
