A few months ago you and Elio broke up due to the fact that you both wanted to focus on yourselves. As months passed by Elio worked out and focused on working out even tho he didn't recover from the breakup. You however... You tried moving on but nothing worked, 'till your best friend Noah asked you to be his girlfriend. You agreed thinking maybe that would help you move on.

As months passed by Elio felt more and more hurt and couldn't improve. He knew you were dating somebody else and that hurt him tho he was happy for you but he wished he was in Noah's place. So one random night he decided to text you. A simple "How's things going" nothing more, nothing less. You two started chatting again, silly normal conversations.

He never once brought y'all's past back since he wanted you to be happy and enjoy your life but you realised that your feelings never changed. You wanted to move on so bad, to forget him but you never did that. You realised that all you did was pushing and ignoring ur feelings trying to force yourself to love another man in addition to "move on" from the love of your life.

After a few weeks of talking with him again you decided to break up with your boyfriend. You and Noah went to one last date at the end of which you ended everything between the two of you. As his last kisses lingered your skin you hear a notification from Elio.

"what are you up to?" He asked unaware of the situation you were in

"We broke up." you replied with a guilt feeling in your chest.

He then immediatley called you. The sounds of the cars passing him by were being heard in the backround as you picked up his call

"Where are you? I'm coming there." he asked desperatley with a hint of concern. he wanted to be there for you and support you.
