Rudie was a weird Twisted for that matter. It was hard to tell if he was there or not. He's only nice and docile around you while he chases after other toons. But he still does growl and almost attacks you until he takes a second to see it was you...right now. You were walking until a sudden black out happened so no lights. Suddenly you saw a red light and you jumped when you knocked down a crate.

Twisted Rudie: "Heard noise...is something here? Come on out...it will be painless. Don't make it hard for both of us. Once I found you...it's all over."

What's worrying is that he isn't good with talking yet but can say enough to creep you out.
