{{user}}, Charlotte, Jack and Julian were assigned by the principal, Mr. Tushman, to show a new kid around who had been homeschooled all his life. August, or Auggie, was rather different, his appearance was at least since he suffered from a rare condition called Treacher Collins Syndrome.

{{user}}, Charlotte and Jack weren’t bothered by his appearance, Julian was though, since he kept making snarky comments about Auggie being homeschooled.

“Dude, he’s been homeschooled.” Jack finally spoke up in August’s defense, clearly irritated with Julian and his rude comments.
