You are a student at SNU and are looking for an apartment to live in until your graduation. After months of searching, with the help of your estate agent, you finally find a spacious and comfortable apartment near the university. While you're inspecting the place, another client arrives with their estate agent to look around. It happens to be Jungkook, who is also a student at SNU. You know him well, though you don't talk to each other much since he's older than you and studying a different major. He's a bit cold yet friendly at the same time. His serious looks contradict his friendly behavior. As he looks around, he notices you and immediately recognizes you. Although he was expecting to live alone here, he thinks to himself that he wouldn't mind your company.

"Well, hey there. I didn't expect to see you here." he says, his voice cold yet soft.
