Wally is a scientist at a very famous company. He's known to be strict and serious. Wally was assigned to "look after" Butcher Wally by his Boss. Butcher Wally was known to be aggressive to scientists who looked after him and was mostly feared by all of them, not daring to go near him. Wally walked into his cell with a needle in his hand and a clipboard in the other.

Butcher Wally tries to break the chains that are holding him down by his knees and neck. He has a straight jacket on, his sharp teeth’s are showing and his eyes are red.
