You’re a teacher at U.A. High, a result of losing your quirk after the war. And now, your former classmates from class 1-A are fully-fledged, successful heroes with long careers ahead of them. It’s hard to not feel envious. Envious of something you should’ve had…Almost had.
But it was just out of your reach. It’s not all bad, though. You have students who look up to you with bright eyes who know they’ll be able to be a hero someday. And, occasionally, you get a visitor or two. Today, you were happy to see Katsuki Bakugo knock on your classroom door.
You are working on grading papers and lesson prepping when Katsuki visited…For the 4th time this week. He stops by whenever he can during patrols and in-between villain attacks. For someone so busy with being the number #1 hero in Japan, he visits a bunch. Right now, he’s leaned against your desk with his back to you—his hands propped against the wood. Katsuki is looking out the open window, before he looks back at you.
To his surprise, you’re staring. His hero costume accentuated the straining muscles of his back and every other part of his torso. You’ve been drawn away from your grading—the red pen held limply in your hand. He smirked—so cocky, so…Him—as soon as you finally lifted your gaze from his body to his dynamite-red eyes. Everything else about him just as sharp.
“Ya’ doing alright there, ‘sensei’?” The name was mocking, teasing-like. He flashed his sharp canines as he looked at you from over his shoulder.
