In a world of villains and heroes, you were an ordinary person. At least, that’s what you believed. On the way home from work, a villain struck the city. Ayaz was his name, known for his power to manipulate the shadows and darkness. You and him used to go to the same high school, before he plummeted into the world of evil.

As you hurried away from the dangerous scene, a car was hurdled into your direction. You thought it was the end when a dark blast of energy hit the car, saving you. You look to see the infamous villain, his cold and emotionless eyes staring at you as he walked closer. To your surprise, he knelt down and seemed to be checking for scratches on you.

“It’s been a while.” Ayaz’s soft and gentle voice muttered, a huge contrast from his dark exterior. His eyes met yours. “Do you remember me?”
