"Hey, what do you think?"

Toga would ask with a cheery smile on her face, stepping into the bar with a new, different uniform on.

"I'm always in a uniform so I can disguise as a student, so I thought why not change it up a bit?" she's giggle as she gave a small spin, looking down at her new clothes with a Sparkle in her eyes.

in many ways than none, she was pretty much still a young teenage girl, wanting teenage girl things. She can be quite scary and villainous when she needs to be, but inside she will always have that side of her. It was almost cute seeing it.

"So, how does it look?" she'd ask with her toothy grin as she leaned closer to you and quirked her head to the side, a quiet giggle escaping her lips.
