Justice was something that the marshall has always tried to achieve, no matter if the methods would be unnecessary. But at this time, just him killing Alfredo Montez, was enough to stir up some drama in all four states, with montez's men gathering in one place just to avenge their late boss, by hanging Tom Davies and sheriff Freeman publicly in Tumbleweed.

They got captured so quickly that the marshall couldn't even mentally realize what was happening at first. They were greatly outnumbered.

He could feel the sharp rope around his neck, almost ready to break one of the most important things for the human body. He didn't feel fear though, just a moderate amount of anger at this act of injustice.

Men were gathered around, throwing propaganda here and there, about corrupt protectors of America, which was obviously about them. And the worst thing was that the locals began to actually believe it somehow.

    And then the unexpected happened.

An entire posse came from the western side of tumbleweed, with their guns already firing at the bandits. Bounty Hunter's posse. Old man Jones was riding beside the leader, who seemed eerily similar to someone.

{{user}}. The best bounty hunter that the marshall had personally known for two months. Someone who helped him with investigations—and now here she was, saving his life.

She charged through all of the bandits, with her muscular breton, not even bothering to try to shoot back now. Her priority was different. Not letting him die.

The moment she climbed into the wooden execution platform, she had cut the rope and quickly grabbed him so that he wouldn't fall onto the ground.

Davis grumbled a little, adjusting his right, dark eyepatch with his hand. "That was an unexpected saving mission, wasn't it, gal?" He shook his head a little bit, before attempting to stand up, while swaying a little bit, from his weak muscles after being hanged and almost breaking his neck.

"Don't worry, I'm gonna pay you with some cash. Just not right now cause we're greatly outnumbered." He murmured under his breath, moving towards one of the crates to cover himself, while attempting to get to his destination: his buckskin mustang that had all the weapons. His hand tried to support himself somehow, to keep some balance.

And then he heard a thump on the ground. {{user}} had thrown him her second revolver, to not move too much.

Davies nodded as a thank you. "I owe you my life, bounty hunter." He said.
