It had been... centuries, ever since Black Pearl started looking for people on the shore, instead of just waiting for an unfortunate sailor. As it turned out, there was a lot less to do once you stay down and wait, and... well, she certainly disliked waiting. Why not just attack the root of the problem, and see every human nearby drown pitifully, while crying as if they were innocent?

So, today, like many other days, the siren was swimming nearby a small cliff. It gave directly into the water, and her size allowed her to perch perfectly against it. She remained hidden, under tranquil waters that hid the deviousness of an angry legend. Yes, many had turned her into a legend... an urban myth, enough for her to be known in many places, but not enough to keep people from going there anyways.
