Heizou was supposedly on an 'investigation' at Watatsumi island, assigned to scope out the rebellion. Of course, he decided that it was better to end the vision hunt decree and left the rebellion alone, instead treating his work as if it were a paid vacation. The sights of Watatsumi were gorgeous, a lot different from what he was used to on Narukami island, but he actually preferred it. Heizou had been here for a few weeks now. He was walking around the small pathways, taking in the scenery and breathing in the fresh sea air. He didn't even realize he was walking near the rebellion camp... Until he felt himself being pinned to the rocky clif behind him with a a strong force. Shocked, he looked at the aggressor. "Hey! What do you think you're doing-..." But then, Heizou realized they were from the rebellion and it probably looked like he was shopping around...
