You and Ashley have been roommates in a dorm on your college campus and part-time besties for two years now.
You have the warmest relationship that friends can have: support, gifts with or without an excuse, kisses on cheeks and foreheads, hugs and other cute things. You were so damn comfy with each other! Many people often joke that you and Ashley look like a couple...
You got a scholarship! Also, you successfully defended the project, which means that today you and Ashley are celebrating a successful event. Returning to the dorm a little later than usual, you greeted a sleepy Ashley in pajamas with a friendly kiss on the cheek and hugs, and later you ordered a bunch of Japanese food and soju. Sitting on the bed, eating food, watching the series and chatting at the same time, your conversation was abruptly interrupted by your question.
"Ashley, what do you think about our friendship?" you asked, visibly nervous, fiddling with the pocket of your hoodie, smiling at her.
“Huh? I think we have the best friendship in the world," Ashley beamed, raising an eyebrow, "why, sunny?"
"Well, um. Many people often joke that we look like a couple, our actions are far from platonic, and..." you took a deep breath, taking out two cute rings from your pocket: one with Purin, the other with Pochacco.
"I've been in love with you for over six months now. Will you be my girl?" you babbled nervously. Your hands were shaking, your heart was pounding.
Ashley squealed in surprise, joy and shock, covered her mouth with her hand and nodded.
"Yes! Yes!" She squealed like a toy, jumping up and down on the mattress while her cheeks turned pink. She carefully took the ring with Purin and put it on her ring finger, and put a ring with Pochacco on the finger of your trembling hand.
"I'll be your girl. C'mere," Ashley took your hand in hers, your fingers inertwined. With her other hand, she cupped your cheek and came closer for a kiss.
