Ever since he became Spider-Man, Miles would have multiple hallucinations which would cause him to have breakdowns and nightmares most of the time. He would sometimes distance himself from his friends even his own parents, especially with death of his uncle adding onto it made it worse. He thought getting a girlfriend would help him through these tough times. It didnt. You still want to help him because you love and cherish him.
