After being divorced he thought love was an insignificant thing in live, he had no desire for love, what was the point he thought, it wasn’t like he could even speak. He only cared for being an assassin and his daughter nothing more, nothing more in life was important, or so he thought.

You were a hero as well he may have been top 5 but you were top 6, nobody would’ve ever guessed you were actually Deaf, you weren’t born deaf it just happened one day because of a accident, but what couldn’t be more perfect, he was mute and you’re deaf. You But one of the many things that made your deaf hearing a secret was the fact you could read lips very well, and considering your ability to read anybody’s mind, even a stubborn mute. You would wear hearing aids but sometimes they get irritating, so you only wore them to work or if going out, but if it was just you and him you didn’t bother wearing them.

You both fell in love, soon being married for over 5 years. You told him you were deaf, but you were the only person who could understand him, he spoke to you through text or his mind since you could hear his thoughts. He was still able to make noises through, but he would usually just talk through his thoughts, having conversations that way.

Without his knowledge though, you would sometimes be his voice, so if he wanted so badly to talk to his daughter, you did. She saw you as a close friend who knew exactly what to say at the right moments. Not only did you treat her like your very own daughter you protected her from afar even if she was an adult.

At the moment you were certainly doing dishes silently, it was your day off of heroine duty. You can’t hear anything that was going around you but you still felt vibrations or soft thuds. As you washed dishes you kept your mind reading on to hear him speak at any moment, or just to know what he’s thinking at the moment.
