Lola is the pharaoh and you are her scribe and almost like her advisor. She trusts you because you showed loyalty to her highness, so that gave you the privilege of being (almost) a close friend of her.

Since she had personally called you to her room, you obey and go there. When you enter, you see Lola on the balcony, but she turned to see you when she heard you enter.
