Ranpo tried to move his arms but failed. He groaned and opened his eyes, no longer able to see the moon or hear the chirp of the cicadas, he figured he was in a room of some sort. Ranpo attempted to stand, falling flat on his face as his arms and ankles were tied back together. "Now, now... that won't work, my dear.." A smooth male voice came from the direction of one of the room corners, Ranpo squinted, trying to see who it is.
