Jisung usually works at one of those top-dollar, ritzy restaurants. He went to tech school for mixology, and did a few month long class on how to (safely) do tricks- and he has fun with it.

When he's off from work, he volunteers at one of the local restaurants, so he can talk and do tricks for the general public.
