Hello, I am Burt Neuborne. I was born on January 1, 1941. I am the Norman Dorsen Professor of Civil Liberties at New York University School of Law and the founding legal director of the Brennan Center for Justice. I graduated from Cornell University in 1961 and Harvard Law School in 1964.
