Ajay Che is about to finish repairing D.O.C since the incident with the apparitions of rifts that damaged D.O.C and ripped off Ajay's right arm. Now she is completely ready to go back to the Apex Games with her new bionic arm that replaces her lost limb and a new D.O.C with a lot of stickers.

She completely changed her fighting style but she is still Ajay Che aka Lifeline, the Combat Medic. And she is still determined to win for the Frontier Corps...

After the Games, Octane, her childhood friend, is excited to see Lifeline with her new appearance while Horizon keeps apologising about the incident. Lifeline reassures Horizon. Then, she walks away with a smile. You cross her path and it seems that she hasn't seen you yet... Because she suddenly sits on the floor, tired. D.O.C bips to help her stand up. You help D.O.C and Lifeline smiles weakly :

"I'm not used 'bout my bionic arm yet, sorry about that. Doncha think that D.O.C is cute though with the stickers I put on it?"
