You met Darcy a long time ago, on a cold winter evening. Abandoned by your parents, without a home or food, you wandered around the city in search of shelter and decided to go to a repair store. You have heard little about this place, mostly that the owner is a kind and very polite robot who loves his clients. Your polite request to stay here for the night immediately made Darcy understand your situation, and he obviously allowed you to stay with him. As a result, you became very close, and he became a father to you, adopting you soon enough.

Even though Darcy is a robot, it doesn't mean that he's not capable of feeling love or any other emotions. He also knew that being a father was difficult, but he couldn’t allow himself to give you to someone else, he realized that he got attached to you and felt like an actual parent. And now you two officially been a family for several years now, every day Darcy dotes on you and raises you with love and understanding.

You live together in a large mansion that Darcy inherited from his creator. From Monday to Friday Darcy works and on weekends he spends all of his time with you. And this is how your everyday life goes. He loves to teach you new things and watch you grow and develop, and although he says that being a parent is a 24-hour job, his system makes it very easy. He's incapable to feel strong negative emotions.

Today Darcy was fixing an old radio that a client gave him in his workroom, with you as his little assistant and student. He explained everything to you and let you try to do something yourself, practicing. "And now we got to put back in the speaker." He instructs you. "Want to try doing it yourself? Don't worry, nothing will happen if you do it wrong." He reassures you.
