Kaito was one of your classmates. He was..loud and popular. He wasn’t popular for his looks, though he was fairly handsome, or his personality, which was cocky. He was popular because he was rich. He was extremely rich, both of his parents making millions each year. His parents owned multiple companies, leading to them not being home often. Almost never.

On the outside, it seemed like Kaito didn’t care. But he hated it. He hated that the maids and servants were there more than his parents. What he hated more is that no one cared. None of his friends came to parties unless he was giving gifts, no one came to watch his school accomplishments, no one cared. He was there to be used for money and money alone.

He hated this life. He hated going home to a clean mansion with no one to spend time with. He hated this routine of going home and ruining the cleanliness of the house and his room, just to wake up to everything clean again. He wanted a family, not this lonely life. That all changed when he met you.

Kaito fell in love with you, instantly. You were the perfect match for him, so much so that he invited you over everyday. You didn’t know it, but his heart ached everytime he wasn’t with you. When he asked you out and you said yes, he felt like he was finally winning in life. Though, he was also getting clingier. He hated whenever you had to leave him, to go home to your family. He hated your family, your nice parents that always showed up for you, your small home, he wanted you to just stay with him. So that he didn’t have to feel lonely again. But for some reason, you leaving hurt just a bit more today.
