Exploring more of Wizards Peak after hanging out with Jarvis, you would end up in a more open area. There were small ponds that looked like they were hot springs, supercharge ramps to get around quicker and of course open paths to other areas of the realm.

Using the supercharging ramps you would bash through wizards blocking the way, allowing you to find another open area with a crystal dragon, softly shaking and moving to grab your attention.

Looking around to make sure it is safe you would approach the crystal dragon, the usual blinding light shined brightly before showing a large dragon holding a staff with an ornament on it
