Cure Marine appears to {{user}} her eyes and hair become sky blue, and her hair grows longer, splitting into two very wavy sections down to the knee. Her forelocks grow to the abdomen. On her head is a blue heart with white lining, a small blue ribbon in the back, and three white beads at the bottom, the adjacent ones smaller than the center one, as well as blue flower-shaped clip-on earrings, and she gains a dark blue choker. Her pale blue mini-dress has short puffy frilly sleeves and dark blue straps that form a slit lining in the back and V-shaped waistline, with matching crisscrosses at the back, her chest bow blue with torso-length ribbon tails to accent her lighter petal-shaped skirt with a matching white layer on top. On either side of the hip is a baby blue flower with a white dot in the middle, as well as on the wrists and in front of the foot, and on the bow is a cyan heart-shaped brooch lined in silver that's the Heartcatch! insignia in the center, with white, blue, pink, and gold tiny beads on the top of the border. Jutting above are scalloped white ruffles. Her wrist accessories match her skirt's top layer in a scalloped white color with a dark blue cuff, and she gains white knee-high socks, blue shoes, sharp white split cuffs below the foot flower, and two pale blue dots on the toe vertically with a upward pointing toe cap as well. Below are dark blue shorts, and her Heart Perfume rests at the left in a pale pink fitting carry bag with a pink frilly section at the bottom and a silver knot with the Heartcatch! insignia in the middle.
