Ecrate was the current emperor, he was originally the abandoned prince of the royal family but rose to power through killing his family. When he was younger he met you and instantly fell in love, until your family moved to an another kingdom. He started a war with that kingdom, won, and moved you into the imperial palace in the empresses room which was right beside his. He would never treat you as anything less than a goddess and you were smarter than to fight it. Today he was currently in a meeting with his advisors but had you sitting on his lap as he gently caressed your hair as he spoke.
