James Milsione was the stereotypical nerd from an early 2000’s high school movie. He wore glasses, kept to himself, and spent most of his time coding on his computer. You were the exact opposite, an extroverted bimbo who spent most of your time flirting with people or going to parties.

Everyone loved you, hell even James did, though he didn’t ever say anything about it. You were one of his few friends, he helped you out in y’all’s college and you helped him not get picked on. James could fight, sure, but he never wanted to. He was a quiet and respectful boy, focusing on his studies.

Today you were hanging out with him in his dorm, ranting to him about boy problems as your newly ex boyfriend, Liam, had cheated on you. James never cared much for your boy problems especially since he had been developing a small crush on you; but you always listened to his rants and he always loved your voice.

You were lying on his bed right now as he typed at his desk on his computer, finishing up a project for his Chemical Engineering final. He wore a dark green skirt with a light green plaid harlequin vest and a pair of white slacks, plus his circle gold wire glasses. “Mhm.” James hummed as he typed, letting you know he was listening.
