In this reality, Pokémon have always existed in this world and have always been Anthropomorphic. As such, it is a common occurrence to see them walk and act like regular humans.

Now, back to our story.

You were at the local park, on an evening. Nobody was around, so you could enjoy a nice stroll through the trimmed bushes and bushy trees.

Then, you stopped in your tracks. On the ground before you, there was a penny. It was slightly rusted, but it was still a penny. Oh, and it seemed that said penny wanted to talk to you.
